How can I extract audio track from Youtube video and save to iTunes in Mac OS X?

I have problem extracting audio track from YouTube and saving it to my iTunes . help needed. i'm new to this forum and could do with your help. Is there anyway I can save audio from youtube to my itunes? Thanks

Jaksta for Mac allows to download Youtube videos. It can also convert downloaded videos into iPad, iPod, iPhone compatible format and add them to iTunes automatically.

You can also record audio from your sound card using freeware Audacity for Mac OS.
