Can I capture video from a webcam while streaming it to Webex?

I will be videoing a conference speaker with a webcam and streaming it out as a webex meeting with audio and a powerpoint so remote attendees can watch. I want to capture the video and audio locally at the same time. Webex will record the session for me to download later but it is at lower quality and in an awkward format (ARF) for editing. I can convert this to a WMV but everything is combined exactly as it went out on Webex. I want to use Pinnacle Studio 14 to combine the video, audio, and powerpoint myself for a higher quality video we can put on our website.

I will be using a Canon HF R30 for the video and pulling audio directly from the digital PA system. I am using Studio Ultimate 14.0.0.7255 and will have it installed on the laptop that will be streaming the webex. Thanks for any ideas.
