You know on the video about burning flash videos to DVD I was wondering if my videos were flash video and i wanted to burn them with that DVD PAL. Would that work on my DVD player?

I really want to because my dad loves watching movies we just want to know if we can

What kind of file extension do your video have? Flash videos have .FLV extension? But Replay Converter allows to burn many other video formats to DVD as well. It is FREE to try so you may download it and see whether it works for you or not.

Also you should probably create PAL DVDs if you reside in Europe, but create NTSC DVDs for the U.S.

You may also use rewitable DVD discs like DVD+RW or DVD-RW if you want to erase your DVDs after watching them and burn some other content to these discs. But please read the manual of your DVD player to see what kind of discs it supports (DVR-R, DVD+R, DVD-RW, DVD+RW) and whether you need to create an NTSC DVD, PAL DVD or both of them will work fine.
