To capture flash adult/xxx/porn/sex streams you can use webstream dumper of Replay Media Catcher.

To capture Windows Media adult/xxx/porn/sex streams you can use WM Recorder in the PRO mode or freeware WebVideoCap.

All the above mentioned methods allows you to capture packets from streaming players so that content providers won't notice you. If you are not worried about that, you can also use many other streaming video capture programs.
