I want to capture this video:

I've tried several options (amongst others Replay Media Catcher (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/Replay-Media-Catcher-HTTP-RTMP-FLV-MP3-ripper-recorder.htm), HiDownload (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/HiDownload-download-Windows-Media-Real-Audio-Video-QT-Flash-FLV-Shoutcast-MP3-audio-streaming-and-save-to-hd.htm) , ..), but I fail to download this on. I can't even guess which filetype it is.
Only thing I discovered so far is a string:
opgekniptnieuws/2009/03/27/PTL_20090327T133721_3G_sexy13
but trying combinations of it didn't result in anything either.

Any suggestions?
