We got plenty of spam posts in the forum about VIAddress.com. Despite what the spammers say about this "free" forwarding service, you should always check this information.
There are several reasons not to trust this service:

The company was under investigation after complaints filed from around the world

All shipping forwarders have negative complaints, especially because some packages get lost or stolen, sometimes customers don't get insurance or get less than they have paid. But it is better to avoid some services and always compare prices, despite what you see on the main page, especially if the such services are promoted by spam. Seriously, do you expect anything good from spammers who can't promote their service otherwise?
