Hi

I am trying to download some songs from this site : http://www.saregama.com/portal/pages/music.jsp?previousRequestUrl=film?mode=get_album_i nfo%26albumId=188990

by using HiDownload (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/HiDownload-download-Windows-Media-Real-Audio-Video-QT-Flash-FLV-Shoutcast-MP3-audio-streaming-and-save-to-hd.htm) , but unable to download ..

will you please help me out ??

Personally, i prefer Replay Music (http://applian.com/replay-music/) for this type of recording - I tested it, and it worked perfectly!

RM has a GREAT "Record what you hear" type feature that can be used to record just about ANY mp3/audio files on the web.

Give it a shot!

Just one question, previously i was able to download from there with HiDownload (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/HiDownload-download-Windows-Media-Real-Audio-Video-QT-Flash-FLV-Shoutcast-MP3-audio-streaming-and-save-to-hd.htm) . All the songs there were of 64kbps mp3. But now its showing . Replay Music (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-audio-stream/Replay-Music-record-any-web-radio-station-or-streaming-music-service.htm) is working fine but if you give some soft which can dl the raw file than i be very thankfull .

This is an HTTP stream and it can be copied from the cache of your web-browser. However I don't know how to play the saved file. I have problems identifying what kind of file format they use.

I didn't have any problem capturing these streams with Replay Media Catcher (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/Replay-Media-Catcher-HTTP-RTMP-FLV-MP3-ripper-recorder.htm) 4:

I just configured RMC 4 to capture instead of downloading:
Add "stream.mime360.com" and file type of "mp3" to "Tools" -> "Settings" -> "HTTP Download Tweaks".

And I was able to download these streams with VideoHelper as well.

The problem is that I can't play them.

Maybe i should take the full manual of Replay Media Catcher next time i go to see John :p

In any case, this Indian website is quite a challenge. In the browser's cache i find 1 small mp3-file (broken) but not more. when i listen to other Indian tracks, no further mp3-files are saved or left in the cache.
