We'll start with the normal routine, looking at the source of a typical video page:

Sure it costs a few bucks, but I can record full movies, mp3 from myspace, and just about any flash video/audio on the interwebz today. :-D

Try Replay Video Capture (http://applian.com/replay-video-capture/) if Jaksta or Replay Media Catcher can't record it. Replay Video Capture works with any content, since it records directly off of the screen.
