I use omnovia.com and would like to record online webinars and web-conferences from this service. What program can I use for that?

It requires Adobe Flash Player only, so there is a chance that you will be able to record from it using flash stream recorders like freeware CooJah + Blader (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/Blader-freeware-RTMP-downloader.htm) or shareware Replay Media Catcher (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/Replay-Media-Catcher-HTTP-RTMP-FLV-MP3-ripper-recorder.htm).

And of course you can record from screen using screen video capture software (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-from-screen/). In some cases it is the most reliable way of recording live streams.
