Configure Jaksta (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/Jaksta-Streaming-Media%20Recorder-and-Converter.htm) to monitor port 81.

Tools > Settings and expand Ports to Monitor. Click Add, enter port 81 and select HTTP.
