The latest version of GetFLV (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/GetFLV-Download-and-convert-flash-video-streaming.htm)(Version 9.0.0.1) is able to download kulturradio.de mp3. Please check it.

kulturradio.de uses Icecast HTTP MP3 streams as well as Windows Media streams for its live broadcasts.

To download Shoutcast/Icecast MP3 streams you can use almost any program. There are lots of Shoutcast stream rippers (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-audio-stream/mp3-audio-stream-rippers-grabbers-Download-live-Icecast-Shoutcast-compatible-radio-stations.htm) including freeware StreamRipper plug-in for Winamp.


As for on demand streams, kulturradio.de uses RTMP protocol. I didn't have any problem downloading as well as capturing them with Replay Media Catcher (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/Replay-Media-Catcher-HTTP-RTMP-FLV-MP3-ripper-recorder.htm) 4 and WM Recorder (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/WMRecorder-One-click-online-audio-video-stream-recorder.htm) 14. I was also able to extract MP3 audio from downloaded/captured FLV files using Replay Media Catcher.

You can also download RTMP streams with freeware CooJah + Blader (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/Blader-freeware-RTMP-downloader.htm), Orbit Downloader (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/Download-manager-Orbit-Downloader-Record-HTTP-MMS-RTSP-RTMP-media-streams-Freeware.htm), StreamTransport (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/StreamTransport-Download-HTTP-RTMP-RTMPE-streams.htm),...

And you can try to capture RTMP streams in real time while you listen to them using freeware CooJah (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/Blader-freeware-RTMP-downloader.htm) (without Blader), Orbit Grab Pro.

If you use Linux, try rtmpsrv or rtmpsuck.
