How can I download free TV Shows from ITV Player

Having trouble downloading videos from ITV recently. The download URLs appear but GetFLV (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/GetFLV-Download-and-convert-flash-video-streaming.htm) doesn't capture any data. I'm using 8.8.7.8

This should mean GetFLV (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/GetFLV-Download-and-convert-flash-video-streaming.htm) has halted support for that site, happened to me too. Is it RTMPE ?
