I've found lots of interesting live TV channels at channelsurfing.net including FOX, Cartoon Network, Setanta Sports News, Eurosport News, Fashion TV, Baseball Channel TV and would like to record them. Anybody know how to do that?

I've tried several video streams from channelsurfing.net. I've found live RTMP and HTTP flash video streams, RTSP Windows Media streams.

Also it might be a better idea to record live videos from screen using screen video capture software (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-from-screen/).
