for a start the Individualization Process (http://all-streaming-media.com/faq/removing-DRM/faq-Windows-Media-Player-Individualization-Process.htm) won't work for me, i press update on the site and it just says error
What version of Windows and Windows Media Player do you have? What
kind of firewall do you use? Can you individualize your system with
firewall disabled? Whay kind of error do you have when individualizing?
