Thanks for the help that got me this far.

The command below starts the download but it stops consistently at about 31% (29679.340 kB / 3634.80 sec) of the total file size:

"C:\rtmpdump\rtmpdump.exe" -r "rtmpt://fms.wfmu.org/vod/mp4:HC/hc120105.mp4" -W "http://wfmu.org/flash/archive/player.swf" -o "O:\Broadcasts\WFMU\Faye\Hello Children\hc120105.mp4"

I have tried -b, -e switches...

I am trying to capture a Pop-Up Player stream at: http://wfmu.org/playlists/shows/43369
