I have had luck in using FairGame but I get a wave format that the I Tunes Librairy will not accept. What am I missing?

Haven't seen any DRM protected Wave files. If your iTunes doesn't accept some files, you can use audio/video converter (http://all-streaming-media.com/convert-audio-video-files/) to convert them to M4A, M4B or MP3 and then add the converted files to iTunes.

I forgot one of the basics...I am a Mac person. The wave file comes at the end of using FairGame to convert the protected format from i Tunes. At the end of processing the file hits my desktop as a wave file and i Tunes Library will not except that format as a download.
Any help is great...RayBan

May be you should try to use Requiem to remove DRM:
Requiem 1.8.1 removes DRM protection from iTunes 8.0.1 .m4p files
