I want to use VLC to watch the traffic cam live streams from the following web sites:
http://traffic.td.gov.hk/SwitchCenter.do
I am not familiar with either html or Javascript, but I found in the web page source code that every time a request the video, I am required to submit a token, which changes every time I access the video. What is this token for? Does it mean that accessing this stream requires some form of authentication? Thanks.
