I have a circa 2011 Roku player. Square box with component video in and HDMI out. See photo. I want to keep this player and am trying to hook to a new smart TV. The Samsung TV asks for model number. I can't find one - only a serial number. I've been to the Roku www site with no help.

How can I get the model number?
