I am new to video streaming capture programs and I would like to see your expertise in suggesting the appropriate programs to capture the videos of the website mentioned at the title.

tried firefox but it wont recognise the video for download

it should be a FLV format video....

please help :((( much appreciated!

You will probably need to get GETFLV (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/GetFLV-Download-and-convert-flash-video-streaming.htm)
