I used Tunebite (http://undrm.info/remove-DRM-protection/TuneBite-Convert-DRM-protected-WMV-M4P-M4V-video-WMA-AAC-M4B-AA-music-audio-books-preserving-ID3-tags.htm) a few years back (with Napster (http://all-streaming-media.com/downloadable-audio-and-video/Napster-free-music-service.htm)) and all worked well. Now, I'm using Rhapsody (http://all-streaming-media.com/downloadable-audio-and-video/Rhapsody-music-download-and-subscription-service.htm) and can't get anything to record. I can't find "My Library" folder/file to transfer, and get the same error when I use the sound card record method. Am I missing something obvious here? thanks.

You should probably ask Tunebite (http://undrm.info/remove-DRM-protection/TuneBite-Convert-DRM-protected-WMV-M4P-M4V-video-WMA-AAC-M4B-AA-music-audio-books-preserving-ID3-tags.htm) support about that.

Replay Music (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-audio-stream/Replay-Music-record-any-web-radio-station-or-streaming-music-service.htm) can record from Rhapsody (http://all-streaming-media.com/downloadable-audio-and-video/Rhapsody-music-download-and-subscription-service.htm)'s web client. Not sure whether Tunebite can do that as well, and whether it can split and tag songs from Rhapsody.

I FINALLY figured it out by clicking buttons, links, and trial and error. The "Help" section in Tunebite is EXTREMELY limited and skips a LOT of steps. thanks for the direction anyway. I found more info from a video on You Tube also.
