Probably you need to fix your antivirus rules for TubeDigger, in other words - allow it there. Or reboot your PC. Or switch from embedded IE browser to Chromium one in settings dialog and vice versa.

Dear TubeDigger. I think my antivirus is not be problem with this program, because before the problem is happening, this program can work with my computer. And i had reboot my pc and embedded IE to Chromium already too. But everything is seem to be not clear. :(

As TubeDigger updates often - it may be problem of your antivirus/firewall/adblocker - just try to close these programs.

I close it already but it's not working. I still can't download from TubeDigger.
PS. Now i try to install TubeDigger again. I use TubeDigger Version 5.2.1 and i got a new problem. Now it's show me that "TubeDigger has stopped working". I put the url, such as chaturbate, Youtube etc. and it's not worked and closed down by itself. I don't know why? :(

Are you registered user? And where did you download this version 5.2.1?

I had a similar problem. I have a registered version. I researched and researched without luck. I tried all of the suggestions that people suggest. Finally, somebody made mention of firewall settings. I don't know about these settings. I have Windows10. I went to Settings> Network & Internet> Ethernet> Windows Firewall > Allow an APP through Windows Firewall. Scroll down to the TUBEDigger application and make sure both PRIVATE and PUBLIC are selected. If not, Change Settings button, and select both settings. > OK. Your Tubedigger APP should work now. Hope this works. :D

Windows Firewall > Allow an APP through Windows Firewall. Scroll down to the TUBEDigger application and make sure both PRIVATE and PUBLIC are selected.
Thanks for the info!
Perhaps Windows Firewall Restore defaults (http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/restore-windows-firewall-settings) should also work.
Support for Windows Firewall will be improved in next TubeDigger version.
But TbeDigger will work even if it is removed from Windows Firewall allowed apps probably due to: (https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/windows/en-US/bef6e4a7-d43f-4c85-8229-e7be62d59517/windows-7-firewall-outgoing-connections?forum=w7itprosecurity)
The default settings are as follows
Incoming traffic ALL items that do not have a rule set will be BLOCKED
Outgoing traffic ALL items that do not have a rule set will be ALLOWED
