Trying to download the intro video on _www.gregplitt.com aswell as some of the videos in the members section. Tried a gazillion addons/programs but nothing has worked so far, tried reading up on RTMPdump (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/rtmpdump-freeware-console-RTMP-downloading-application.htm) but I'm just getting more confused. From what I can tell the members videos are played in jw player 3.16 and they come from rtmphost.com.

Any help would be awesome, thank you

RTMPDump works for me. Below is an example command-line:
