Hi,
My first posting here!

I've been trying to download the programme about Wi-Fi from the BBC site at http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/programmes/panorama/default.stm
I first tried with NetXfer ver 2.26.341 and was getting the following error: An invalid argument was supplied.

I upgraded to ver 2.30.352 of NetXfer but now get a Timeout error.
I've tried both Real and Media Player versions. I've tried all sorts of suggestions from the help and FAQ.

I'd appreciate if someone could point out what I'm missing! I registered NetXfer mainly to download excellent material for the BBC website but I can't! :mad:

I've tried to record Windows Media stream with WM Recorder (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/WMRecorder-One-click-online-audio-video-stream-recorder.htm) and it was fine.
Then I used the url from WM Recorder
http://rmv8.bbc.net.uk/news/olmedia/n5ctrl/progs/07/panorama/nb/wm/video/21may_nb.wmv
only changed http onto rtsp
rtsp://rmv8.bbc.net.uk/news/olmedia/n5ctrl/progs/07/panorama/nb/wm/video/21may_nb.wmv
and had no any problem recording with NetXFer (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/NetXFer-Saving-Windows-Media-Real-Audio-Video-QT-streaming-to-hd.htm) 2.30.349.

How do you find the URLs? Have you read the following FAQ:
How to get the URL of a media stream (http://all-streaming-media.com/faq/recording-media-stream/faq-get-media-stream-URL.htm)?

p.s. Never buy shareware software before trying it! It works in this case, but you may have problems with other software next time.
