Tell me if you know a site or program with no such implementation in private video-chat and can be captured with a stream recorder.

Freeware command line utility rtmpdump (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/rtmpdump-freeware-console-RTMP-downloading-application.htm) also supports SWF verification.

Some streams can be recorded with Jaksta (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/Jaksta-Streaming-Media%20Recorder-and-Converter.htm) if you use capturing instead of downloading. Also older versions of Replay Media Catcher (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/Replay-Media-Catcher-HTTP-RTMP-FLV-MP3-ripper-recorder.htm) had support of SWF verification.
