This is my first post and I'm happy to be a member here. I was lucky and stumbled upon this site when I was trying to learn how to download funimation streams (paid subscription). This was the first time ever having success in doing this and I am very grateful. With such a knowledgeable member and staff base I was hoping that somebody here has the ability to download streams from theanimenetwork.com (also a paid subscription of mine). I am trying to download this link http://www.theanimenetwork.com/Anime/Pet-Shop-of-Horrors/Daughter/Watch (you can access this link without being a member) and the method that works for funimation does not work for theanimenetwork.com. I would like to say that I did do a search for "theanimenetwork" before posting this and got no result. If anyone out there knows the correct software and procedure to rip this stream please share it with me. If you are interested in my motives for doing this I will tell you. I simply like to download the streams and play them in Kodi which in turn scrobbles them to trakt.tv. Thank you for taking the time to read my request. I am happy to be here and I hope that somebody can help me out here. Thanks again.

Was unable to pick up any streams. The one and only problem I can see is that it attached to iexploerer.exe but said it did not attach to IEXPLORER.EXE. It refused to attach to firefox at all. Any ideas? I put all the files from your link into the rtmphelper folder as it instructed. Thanks again for your help.

It seems something has changed with this site. The newest KSV build of rtmpdump and the latest getflv will not download streams from this site any longer. Can someone please try this link http://www.theanimenetwork.com/Watch-Anime/Pet-Shop-of-Horrors/0/1/Play/en/xx and see if you can download the stream. If you are successful please tell me how you did it and with what tools. Thanks in advance.

Why? The link I posted was a guest link. You will probably need a U.S. IP address though.

for me your link it's not a guest link even with a U.S. IP

now it's not rtmp protocol but progressive .mp4

Can you please elaborate on how I sniff the traffic to get that link? Also, if the Policy and Key Pair Id were present would I be able to direct download this? Thanks.
