Take the link and open it:

Replace "5081708.f4m" with "master.m3u8"

Thank you very much for your help, but it still does not work, I tested youtube-dl, livestreamer and AdobeHDS downloader, all presented errors when downloading the manifest. Well no idea because I do not work for me.

I could not solve error 400, any suggestions ??

I have just checked again that M3U8 and the output TS's are protected with Adobe Faxs encryption and i don't think there is a solution for that or a way to decrypt.
