I have a T-Mobile G1 what I want is to be able to download just music from say dizzler or some place about as equal to be able to do it for free if its possible!

If you like to download music for your mobile phone, there is no problem to do it from dizzler. This web-sites uses HTTP .mp3 files. You can find the URLs with freeware URL Snooper (http://all-streaming-media.com/find-stream-URL/Project-URL-Snooper-Find-the-actual-stream-URL-Free-download.htm) and download them even with your web-browser or any download manager.

You may also use stream recording software like Replay Media Catcher (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/Replay-Media-Catcher-HTTP-RTMP-FLV-MP3-ripper-recorder.htm)

I don't really know whether there are any programs for your mobile phone (T-Mobile G1 / HTC Dream) or not. Go to Google App Store and see whether there are any programs that can do that.

Also I don't really understand where you want to download if you have no flash drive.
