If you've trying to play a live stream you need the cookie stuff in the command so the key will download everytime. Try the steps in this post http://stream-recorder.com/forum/showpost.php?p=90018&postcount=2 to get the cookie stuff.

If just downloading an old game the key can just be saved separately.

Getting the cookie is easy, but it seems like MLB.TV relies on other values to be passed through. I can't get it to work either. Same exact issue as the OP.
