I'm looking for streaming video download/capture/rip/save applications for Apple iPad (http://all-streaming-media.com/links/ipad.php), iPhone (http://all-streaming-media.com/links/iphone4.php), iPod (http://all-streaming-media.com/links/ipod.php) Touch. Are there any such applications for iPhone OS (iOS)?

I'm particularly interested in software that allows to download/capture/rip/save HTTP and RTMP flash video streams and convert them to .MP4 files compatible with my iPad and iPod.
