Hi there.

I hope this question is ok.

Usually when I stream files off the internet they save somewhere on my computer and i can locate them when offline by doing a simple Search for Movies. Now, however, they dont appear in the search and i cant find them anywhere.

Can anyone help me? Perhaps it has something to do with another user account on this PC? I cant find any settings to change.

Sreaming files are supposed to be not to be saved on your computer. That is why there are so many stream recorders (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/all-streaming-video-recording-software.htm).

I need more info to help you to save the files. Where did you watch/listen to the content you wanna save?
