Soundtaxi (http://undrm.info/remove-DRM-protection/SoundTaxi-Convert-DRM-protected-music-from-Windows-Media-Player-iTunes-Napster-Yahoo-Music-Rhapsody.htm) was removed when I did a system restore and now I downloaded the program again and my verification ID isn't working now.

That's tough, I would recomend you contact their technical support. They should be able to verify you by your user id/email address, and help you find the right version (you paid for) to download.

Sorry, i'm not too famliar with SoundTaxi Personally..but that is what I would do.
