Is there a programme out there which will remove the DRM from a PVR HD recording?

It's a Technika smartbox 8320. When i first brought it, HD recordings could be exported and played on anything but a recent update has stopped this feature because of broadcasters rules.

ps. SD recordings are fine, it's only HD
