Hey, kind of new to rtmpdump maybe someone could help me. Im trying to record public chat on SM it works but if i close the window to look at another model I get "ERROR: RTMP_ReadPacket, failed to read RTMP packet header" . So it only records about 1min before disconnecting anyway around this that still uses rtmpdumphelper? thx

Why so complicated, when you only want to record free chats? There are lots of stream recorders out there, which do this without any hassle..like RMC, Wondershare Recorder, Tube Digger, etc.
