May I ask how you did it? (which user-agent you used and how you extracted..)

Is there any way to get the video with rtmpdump?

yes you may be using rtmpdump when you much liking method of rtmpdump.

rtmpdump -r "rtmpe://cp5622.edgefcs.net/ondemand/mtviestor/_!/intlod/kr/shows/b2st/MP929202_640x480_650.flv" -o output.flv
yes being same resulting outputting of file.
