Hello all,

I am hoping someone would be kind enough to help me with downloading a RTMP video.

The video in question is from mtv.com. Using RTMPDumphelper, I have been able to download the video but only in the initial resolution, 384x216. I wish to get the HD version but I gather this tool is unable to change format once it has begun it's work.

I have been reading many, many threads about this but have not successfully understood the process of manually finding either available resolutions or the URL of the video once I have changed it inside my browser. Further complicating the process is the necessity of "Hula" as it is unavailable in my country. The video is also delivered it segments.

I am primarily using this program from the GUI as I am not particularly able using command prompt. However, I did experiment with the commands left in the file commands.txt. I re-used them successfully when pasting them exactly but editing the resolution in the text produced an error.

Any help would be very much appreciated, I am at a loss at present.

The video in question is:
