is there a windows vertion of requiem to remove drm from itunes 9 for video's and t.v.

The last version of Requiem (http://undrm.info/remove-DRM-protection/Requiem-freeware-Mac-and-PC-DRM-remover-for-iTunes-files.htm) for Windows I saw was 1.8.16.

Requiem works fine with iTunes 9 unless you get the latest version of iTunes. Although Requiem can't remove DRM protection from rental licences, which is good, since DRM removal software should be used for legally purchased files only.

I've tried looking for the latest vertion of requiem for windows but I'm unable to find it.still shows as mac only

They really have taken down all the links. But the forum allows you to get an idea what version is the latest, so that you can download the program from torrents and file sharing web-sites.
