Hi all, Im wondering if anyone can help me.

I have pc running vista and for some reason Replay Music (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-audio-stream/Replay-Music-record-any-web-radio-station-or-streaming-music-service.htm) version 3 won't detect any audio from Napster (http://all-streaming-media.com/downloadable-audio-and-video/Napster-free-music-service.htm).

It detects audio from IE & Windows media player all fine, but nothing from Napster.

I have re-installed both Napster and Replay music but nothing works. I have also been though Replay Music's support but they cant solve it either.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

The reply from Applian was instantaneous:
Make sure the Windows Media Player Plug-in called "Applian Audio" or something similar is active. Look under Tools, Plug-ins.

Vista, Napster and Windows Media Player 11 may use a "protected audio path" technology which prevents recording. This may also be the cause of the problem.

Thanks for the response, the plug-in is active so it must be another problem.

Very frustrating!

Do you have Windows XP?

Windows Media Player 11 may use a "protected audio path" technology which prevents recording. Any protected content for Windows Media Player 11 on Windows Vista (like Napster (http://all-streaming-media.com/downloadable-audio-and-video/Napster-free-music-service.htm)) cannot be audio-recorded. It will work fine on Windows XP though.
