Anyone know how to remove DRM from M4V, Video Files, without Itunes being installed on my Windows 7 PC?

My brother recently passed and i want to take the cartoon videos i found on his Iphone and Ipod and burn them to DVD's for this 3 small children to watch. I do not know his password to Itunes and every time i try to rip the DRM off them with the programs i have found on the net look for Itunes.
