There is this radio with a flash player and ive tried bitrecorder and replay media catcher... the first didnt get anything and the second records the default radio show airing live instead of the show i manually choose.

I know i can record it with audacity but i would like to have the source file... any way?

I used to download the shows from rbma shows this way:
you have to use internet explorer to play the show, when the stream starts to play wait untill it will fully load in buffer. then go to this folder:
c:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Tempo rary Internet Files\ (where xxx is your name) and search for mp3 files (*.mp3) and that's it!

they changed the website a few weeks ago :(

please help.
temporary internet files of iexplorer browser didn't work too.

i loose quality for recording it with audacity or whatever..??

rbmamedia.net
mpeg

When I see an error in Replay Media Catcher (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/Replay-Media-Catcher-HTTP-RTMP-FLV-MP3-ripper-recorder.htm), I double click to see the details. In case of problems with HTTP streams, RMC usually suggests to switch to capturing instead of downloading by adding a web-site to the Secure sites list. This was exactly the case.

i had to set

rbmastream.net (mpeg)

on the secure site list in Replay Media Catcher (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/Replay-Media-Catcher-HTTP-RTMP-FLV-MP3-ripper-recorder.htm) 4 to make it work
