Would someone be willing to walk me through the process of recording TV episodes from cbs.com using only free software? I can't afford programs like GetFLV, and the standard rtmpdump doesn't seem to work because of CBS' constantly changing authentication code (the "auth" variable in the rtmp stream). I'm still a bit of a novice when it comes to downloading video streams and could use some guidance.

Thank you very much. RTMPExplorer works as far as retrieving the videos. The only problem is that CBS keeps giving me (and thus RTMPExplorer keeps downloading) a low-quality video due to its automatic network detection feature. How can I override this to, say, force it to give me the HD video?
