I would like to find a free, if possible means of downloading this so I could listen at my leisure.

When you see a .ASX redirect it means that you have a Windows Media stream. Use stream URL finding software (http://all-streaming-media.com/packet-sniffer/searching-for-a-stream-URL-with-packet-sniffers-and-URL-snoopers.htm) to get the URL.

Lots of stream recorders (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/all-streaming-video-recording-software.htm) can record Windows Media streams.
The best one is WM Recorder (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/streaming-video-recording-wmrecorder.htm) - one click Windows Media stream recorder. But it is not free.
