That's tough, adobe 9.0 is rather hard to record these days. I'd recomend you check out some Screen Capture (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-from-screen/) software for the time being...that should do the trick for you. :)

i got the video using BitRecorder,its great,and the new version support rtmp stream right now
