i need serious help. ive been looking on this site for tips on how to make this work but for the life of me it WILL NOT record it. im looking to capture the streamed video and audio from ctv's embedded player for the "flashpoint" series. here is the link:

http://watch.ctv.ca/#clip64083

ive tired using Replay Media Catcher (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/Replay-Media-Catcher-HTTP-RTMP-FLV-MP3-ripper-recorder.htm) like this site told me to try...and all it does it record the advertisement before the episode begins. the episode is just NOT recognized by the program.

PLEASE HELP. thank you SO MUCH!

its really important that i get these episodes to work.

I get the following message when trying to watch TV episodes at CTV.ca:
Sorry, the video you are trying to watch is not available in your region.
If you can't record these TV episodes with Replay Media Catcher (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/Replay-Media-Catcher-HTTP-RTMP-FLV-MP3-ripper-recorder.htm), please try other RTMP Flash stream recorders (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/record-streaming-video-Adobe-Flash-FLV-videos.htm).

Your second message is very confusing, but to get around "Sorry, the video you are trying to watch is not available in your region.", simply use a Canadian anonymous proxy ... a fast one!

If you know how to:

find a FAST proxy
find a proxy server that supports RTMP protocol

please send it to me and I will try to record.

I don't think it is that difficult to download 4 RTMP Flash stream recorders (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/record-streaming-video-Adobe-Flash-FLV-videos.htm) and try to record with them, if you're really interested in recording.

Try to record with Replay Media Catcher (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/Replay-Media-Catcher-HTTP-RTMP-FLV-MP3-ripper-recorder.htm) 3.0. It should work fine.
