Hi,

Does anyone know which software would be best to capture the Innertube player that CBS now uses?

They use Adobe Flash Player so I thought that Replay Media Catcher (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/Replay-Media-Catcher-HTTP-RTMP-FLV-MP3-ripper-recorder.htm) would do the job.

However they seem to be using Real Video .RM broadcasted through the RTSP protocol. You may use stream media recorders (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/all-streaming-video-recording-software.htm) like WM Recorder (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/WMRecorder-One-click-online-audio-video-stream-recorder.htm) and Replay A/V (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/Replay-AV-capture-Streaming-Video-Audio-Radio-Shows-Online-TV-Broadcasts-Video-Clips-Audio-Archives-Podcasts-Free-to-try.htm). Both have no problem recording these streams.

It appeared that Real Video stream was chosen by default. Now at Innertube have a choice between Real Video and Windows Media format. I suggest you the latter 'coz more software can record it. Besides software for recording (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/all-streaming-video-recording-software.htm) Windows Media is usually more reliable.

It became harder to find stream URL at Innertube, but you can still record from it.

Thanks. I think however I'm having a bit of a blonde moment.

I cant see to capture the file with WM Recorder etc

I can find the URL using URL Snooper which is below

http://winmed.cbsig.net/g2demand/entertainment/primetime/jericho/promos/jericho_ep17.wmv?MSWMExt=.asf

But It just won't save no matter what software I try.

I can find the URL using URL Snooper (http://all-streaming-media.com/find-stream-URL/Project-URL-Snooper-Find-the-actual-stream-URL-Free-download.htm) which is below

http://winmed.cbsig.net/g2demand/entertainment/primetime/jericho/promos/jericho_ep17.wmv?MSWMExt=.asf

Usually there is no need to use other URL Finder (http://all-streaming-media.com/find-stream-URL/) like URL Snooper (http://all-streaming-media.com/find-stream-URL/Project-URL-Snooper-Find-the-actual-stream-URL-Free-download.htm) when you use WM Recorder (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/WMRecorder-One-click-online-audio-video-stream-recorder.htm). What mode of WM Recorder did you use? You may need to switch to PRO or ADA and select the correct network adapter (please refer to the user guide for more by clicking HELP-> USER GUIDE).

Try to change http:// to mms:// or rtsp://.
mms://winmed.cbsig.net/g2demand/entertainment/primetime/jericho/promos/jericho_ep17.wmv?MSWMExt=.asf

rtsp://winmed.cbsig.net/g2demand/entertainment/primetime/jericho/promos/jericho_ep17.wmv?MSWMExt=.asf
There should be no problem recording the stream.

same trouble here, except i don't use the URL Snooper (http://all-streaming-media.com/find-stream-URL/Project-URL-Snooper-Find-the-actual-stream-URL-Free-download.htm) (doesn't work for me). been trying to download the latest flashpoint episode, but WM Recorder (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/WMRecorder-One-click-online-audio-video-stream-recorder.htm) doesn't find the media file.
