Hi, I have been using Replay Media Catcher (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/Replay-Media-Catcher-HTTP-RTMP-FLV-MP3-ripper-recorder.htm) 3.11 to record the feed stream from LiveJasmin Freechat as well as the feed stream from the Private Chat, but for 4 or 5 days now when I want to record a private stream, it's not working at all. The Freechat stream is still being record with no problems, but now the Private stream can't be recorded.

I have been searching about this topic and I have read that since version 3.0.2 of Replay Media Catcher they didn't allow to record RTMPE streams. I'm not sure if LiveJasmin was or is using this kind of stream, but with the version 3.11 of Replay Media Catcher i was able to record the stream with no problems until few days ago. I wanted to know if somebody has experienced this same issue and if somebody has any idea of any software I can use to record the feed stream of LiveJasmin privates. I know there also exist software that allows to record the screen, but I'm not asking about that, I'm looking for a software that will let me record the stream from the site itself.

I hope somebody can help me with this.

I've had the exact same problem since Wednesday but I was using RMC 3.01. Now the pvt stream capture stays at 0. Any help would be appreciated.

Bingo, Its the FLV Recorder (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/FLV-Recorder-flash-video-stream-recording-software.htm), it does not even take from your bandwidth, it gets the direct stream from livejasmin, but don't fool yourself when you go to free chat and it starts recording, don't go directly to pvt, the recording will seems like it's getting the pvt but it's not, so do it the other way, go directly to pvt not first at free chat, and it does not continue to record the stream after you get out, it cuts it there because it takes from what you see in your flash player from browser.
Replay Media Catcher (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/Replay-Media-Catcher-HTTP-RTMP-FLV-MP3-ripper-recorder.htm) 4 allows to capture HTTP and RTMP streams as well. For capturing RTMP streams just go to Tools -> Settings -> RTMP Download Tweaks and set the program to record instead of downloading. IMHO this is one of the best features introduced in RMC 4.

For capturing RTMP streams just go to Tools -> Settings -> RTMP Download Tweaks and set the program to record instead of downloading. IMHO this is one of the best features introduced in RMC 4.

Yeah we know that, i guess capturing livejasmin private stream requires some sort of login information, or they limit private stream for just one connection per user, RMC4 can't get the stream of livejasmin private chat anymore no mater what you do. I hope we will have some fix on this because FVL Recorder can't get what you always expect from it, i tried that too. Sorry.

FLV Recorder (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/FLV-Recorder-flash-video-stream-recording-software.htm) works fine, but that's just as if you were recording using Camtasia or another software just to capture what's on the screen, once you close the window, it will stop recording.

What I'm looking for it's just a software like what it was RMC until few days ago, which allowed to record the stream even after closing the browswer. That allowed to capture few streams at same time, so you could be recording the private stream you were in and at the same time, you could be recording another freechat streams from other rooms at the same time.

I believe Livejasmin made some technical changes on their system, they modified the memberchat applet on 5th January, which I believe is the day it stopped working, and since then it's not possible to record anymore. I have no idea what technical changes they did, so I have no idea if there will be any other way or software that will allow to record as it was possible before. Any help would be appreciated if somebody knows about this.

It catches the flv file, Replay Media Catcher (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/Replay-Media-Catcher-HTTP-RTMP-FLV-MP3-ripper-recorder.htm) 4 is doing the same, it catches, but there is no transfer to that file, I would like some help here too. FLV Recorder (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/FLV-Recorder-flash-video-stream-recording-software.htm) is not doing the job I'm very disappointed, so i guess it will be some screen recorder (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-from-screen/) now.

Not exactly the same site...because it never worked to record sessions on livejasmin, but it always worked on joyourself.com, don´t no why though..

You need to let Applian know that you have a problem. You can do it by submitting a support ticket or by asking a question in the RMC forum (http://forum.applian.com/forumdisplay.php?4-Replay-Media-Catcher).

You can see that RMC is updated frequently:
http://www.applian.com/blog/updates/

So if it is not a secure stream that Applian can't support in its products, there are good chances that there will be a fix.

I tried different software but none of them are working.

I downloaded the latest version from the site and it doesn't work at all with livejasmin, I try to enter in any room and there is no stream getting downloaded at all, not even in free chat.

I downloaded GetFLV (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/GetFLV-Download-and-convert-flash-video-streaming.htm) and I have been testing it.

Now it does record the stream from freechat, I couldn't check if it will do all the time or not because I downloaded the demo with the 10MB limitation so every stream stops recording at that point.

However, with the private stream is happening the same than with Replay Media Catcher (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/Replay-Media-Catcher-HTTP-RTMP-FLV-MP3-ripper-recorder.htm), it finds the stream and add it to the download list, but once it should be start recording, it never does, so it just gets a 0kb file with no video.
As I commented before, I believe there is some kind of security that Livejasmin has placed in their private shows streams so that the stream can't be recorded. I don'w know if there is any way that GetFLV (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/GetFLV-Download-and-convert-flash-video-streaming.htm) can sort it out to bypass that and make it work. If there is any way I could help by testing or contribute with any data which can be aported from private streams to figure out this issue, I would be glad to help.

Just a hint, in case you are interested in working to find a solution to this: It's happening the same when a model from the site goes to "Member chat" than when she is in private chat. That means, it's not possible to record the stream either. I think the site is using the same stream when a model goes to member chat than when she is in private chat, so if you could find a way to record the stream when she is in member chat, it will work on the same way for when they are in private chat. I just say in case you want to test it but you don't want to have to pay to enter into a private show.

It should stop recording as soon as you leave the session.

Replay Media Catcher (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/Replay-Media-Catcher-HTTP-RTMP-FLV-MP3-ripper-recorder.htm) 4 in the RTMP recording mode and CooJah (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/Blader-freeware-RTMP-downloader.htm) without Blader can also capture RTMP streams. Both are usually much more reliable than FLV Recorder (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/FLV-Recorder-flash-video-stream-recording-software.htm).

If you use Linux, you can try to capture rtmp streams with rtmpsuck.

What´s the difference between member chat and private chat? I assume you have to pay per Minute rates in both cases?

Member chat is nothing to pay, it's just where models "hide" when they don't want to be seen in free chat and just members can chat there (for free) but nobody can see them when they are there. ok i see, but i don´t think, it makes a difference, since its the same url than for private sessions, so i guess they have the same embedded security feature, which blocks the recording of the session..so we have to bypass this feature one of those sessions, to access the other one also..

I tried it, it doesnt work for me. It only records what you are seeing on the screen, so you cannot leave the private session and continue capturing without paying..

I was able to record private streams on lj (without paying) one month ago.
But only for one day. The next day it doesnt work anymore.
I used Replay Media Catcher (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/Replay-Media-Catcher-HTTP-RTMP-FLV-MP3-ripper-recorder.htm) 4.
Maybe i had luck and lj was just working on that site?

Hi guys ,i have a problem on livejasmin. Im using Replay Media Catcher 4 and sometimes im taking the copy protected message on free chat and i am wondering if anyone here has the same problem. It started 2-3 weeks ago.
The strange thing is that i get it only on a specific performer and not any other room ,is there anyway the performer see my ip or username and understand that im using the capturing programm??

Anyway since I installed the RMC4 I can't watch anymore videos in streaming either from livejasmin or streamate...

and I can't open the browser (firefox) from RMC because I don't have the option for do that....

anybody can helpme?

Guys I solved refreshing the cache of firefox...

don't know why before I couldn't watch livejasmin and streamate streaming even once RMC4 was closed.

Now I can register in free chat on streamate but not in free chat in livejasmin... when I try to do that RMC tell me that is waiting for the stream... evene if the stream is already started and is in free chat... mybe the website is modified again for avoid any recording action also for the free chat... but mybe I'm wrong

Do you guys have any problems in free?

What sense does it make to record the free sessions?? You can watch them any time so why recording?

nash28 I can register pvt in another website, tried first in free and it was registering... so the same for pvt.

tried with flvrecorder it seems record but then after a lot of proves never can see the registered videos... there are always errors...seems like it can finalized the recording... or something like that...

I thought that if It's work in free It can work for pvt too...

I read the thread and I know many of you can register free but not in private...

Anyway I like register free cam too...

so please if any can tell me wich program use and work in free cam can please tell me?

Thats quite normal with most popular adult cam sites, they are all hosted on lots of different web sites (to earn more money of course), but share the same base server, so if the recording doesn´t work on the main site, if also never works on any other site..just check the url of the live streams and you will see, its the same..

Can someone post here a full wireshark dump of private session? ( you can post it without account/sessionid ). I need this for developping a recorder.

I took a look at my wireshirk dump, but I could not find any parameter
(rtmp URI, application, and etc.) to record rtmp.
I guess that the information is somehow encrypted and decrypted by the client swf.

Does anybody have an experience to manage such a case?

I have menage to get a picture from private session. Picture - not video from pvt. Now, I am totally dumb for rtmp and programing so I don't know can that be, and how, used for making a script or whatever.

i record video on livejasmin all the time including private shows with a program called CamStudio, it captures video from your screen and works good for me. I was looking for people that do the same so we could share videos but I haven't found anything. Anyone know a place for that?

Livejasmin recently patched all holes so it is impossible to get privates for free anymore.

Hi everyone, I was reading that is possible recording lj pvt paying. I'm using Replay Media Catcher 5, but I can record only free chat, when i go pvt it stop recording. Is there some setting to modify, or can someone recommend me some other software to use?
Thanks :)
P.s. I use RMC 5 because it give a clean record, without all the buttons and chat box on screen, so if possible I'm looking for a software like this.

replay media catcher, from version "4" til the new 6. something - is pretty much the best software for "download" or "record" or whatever video streaming :)

Well I have tried both Tubedigger and RMC and neither can record more then a second or 2 of video before the recording ends. And just to be clear, I'm referring to privates that I have legitimately paid for. They both can record the free content. :mad: :mad:

This site is not worth it in my opinion if I can't save a copy of the content that I've paid for, to view later. So when my current credits are gone, I will no longer do business with LiveJasmin.

I am using the different program. it's Hypercam 3

But why do you need to record the free chats?

Some sites allow models to go naked in free chat. Chaturbate and Myfreecams are the best if you want free. The models do count down goals where everyone chips in and they get naked. Some will get naked for a few seconds for tips also.
