Hello. i am trying to record this channel but i can't. it is not found using ABP or rtmpdumphelper.

The only thing i could find was this:
http://113.53.228.67:8500/cgi-bin/live.fcgi but i dont know if what i was doing is right. I tried to use that in vlc but it crashed instead.

Mind sharing a code for livestreamer, ffmpeg or rtmpdump?. Thanks in advance.
