Hi,

I am looking for a program that will allow me to record/download separate swf radio station streams on the same computer.
At the moment I use Replay AV (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/Replay-AV-capture-Streaming-Video-Audio-Radio-Shows-Online-TV-Broadcasts-Video-Clips-Audio-Archives-Podcasts-Free-to-try.htm) to time shift record multiple radio stations but some of those have switched to a swf stream so this is no longer possible.

I have seen the workarounds on the forum and the various stop/start recorders (such as Replay Media Catcher (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/Replay-Media-Catcher-HTTP-RTMP-FLV-MP3-ripper-recorder.htm)) but what I am trying to do is to record/download two swf streams simultaneously on the same computer (eg record two shows that are on at the same time on different stations whilst I am at work)

Thank you in advance for any help/information and forgive me if this has come up before.

Ianzie

SWF is just a player for radio streams. Please post the URLs of the web-pages, so that we can try to download your radio streams.

Do you need scheduling when recording / downloading these streams?

Hi,

I do need to schedule (or at least would like to) as I will not be there to start / stop a recorder. I know there are workarounds for recording a Flash/swf/rttp stream using Replay AV but not two audio inputs at once?

Stations are
Downtown Radio
http://radioplayer.downtown.co.uk/

Citybeat
http://www.citybeat.co.uk

Thank You

I've tried several browsers, but can't play it
_http://radioplayer.downtown.co.uk/

The _http://www.citybeat.co.uk radio station uses Shoutcast stream, so you shouldn't have problems downloading it with Replay AV (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/Replay-AV-capture-Streaming-Video-Audio-Radio-Shows-Online-TV-Broadcasts-Video-Clips-Audio-Archives-Podcasts-Free-to-try.htm) and many other programs

Thanks for that good advice. Got Citybeat sorted. The Downtown (www.downtown.co.uk for station website) does use a RTMPT / RTMP stream so I will try the workaround mentioned on another thread.

You can download RTMP streams with Replay Media Catcher (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/Replay-Media-Catcher-HTTP-RTMP-FLV-MP3-ripper-recorder.htm) as well as other RTMP Flash stream recorders (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/record-streaming-video-Adobe-Flash-FLV-videos.htm). Some of them are 100% free.
