How do I figure out how to capture the following links below streaming video and audio?

I've tried Replay Media Catcher (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/Replay-Media-Catcher-HTTP-RTMP-FLV-MP3-ripper-recorder.htm) with no luck.
