Hi,

I need help d/l from this website _www.realitatea.net/emisiuni/tanasesidinescu.html. Any tool is ok. rtmpdump will somehow d/l but only under 1% and then stop. You need hundreds of repeats to completely d/l whole video. Plus video is broken. I've tried latest version of rtmpdump.

They are not using any new type of protection. their server sends AMF command "verifyClient" and client must respond to this command with result of Math.exp(Math.atan(Math.sqrt([number sent by server]))) + 1 otherwise server disconnects the client after few seconds.
RTMPexplorer (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/RTMPExplorer-freeware-GUI-for-rtmpsrv-Windows.htm) + rtmpsuck will work fine to bypass such tricks.

GetFLV (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/GetFLV-Download-and-convert-flash-video-streaming.htm) can download it .. but with problems. It downloads a few percent (0.5 - 0.7%) and then halts. Then i would have to click on "Stop" and "Start". GFLV would resume the download and again leech only 0.5-0.7% before it halts again. Try to download the whole video (~270MB, 59min03sec) and you will see that there is some problem.

Indeed download works with rtmpsuck but.... not for all streams. For this one Vineri, 24 Iunie 2011 22:00 it doesn't. It will fail reading RTMP packet header. What might be wrong with this one?

connect via VPN, then it works easily. I do not know what it depend on. Try it.

Hi all, i reopening this because im intrested in downloading movies from realitatea.net to, im using the rtmpdump (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/rtmpdump-freeware-console-RTMP-downloading-application.htm) modded by KSV and i have some questions about this :(, i want to download videos from the section _http://www.realitatea.net/emisiuni/strictsecret.html but i dont know how can i select which video to download, for example i want to download from the oldest video to the new, i mean, from down to up, i dont know whats the command to download selected, anyone know how can i download for example "Bucureşti, strict secret 2010-11-06"?

Sorry for my bad english :(, i hope someone explain to me how to download movies from that section.

Necro, if you try the new modified rtmpdump http://www.mediafire.com/?bz3hapxoz5988vl you will be able to download those videos. I've just tried and it is working fine without interruption. So, download new rtmpdump (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/rtmpdump-freeware-console-RTMP-downloading-application.htm) and copy into RTMPexplorer (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/RTMPExplorer-freeware-GUI-for-rtmpsrv-Windows.htm) folder. Start rtmpexplorer and go to that page. Start video you want to download. rtmpsuck will show you it is downloading the videos.

Thanks for modding RTMPdump (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/rtmpdump-freeware-console-RTMP-downloading-application.htm) for the mediadirect.ro servers - awesome work.
However, there are still some freezes into the recorded shows - so I've asked a couple of friends living in Romania to see if they were able to play without flaws the streams on the websites using mediadirect as streamer. They claim that they could play the videos without freezes. Could this be an IP problem?

it's possible if they are streaming different files according to geo restrictions.
