I wanted to use Replay Music (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-audio-stream/Replay-Music-record-any-web-radio-station-or-streaming-music-service.htm) both for recording and splitting the MP3s from LaunchCast. For unknown reasons the split totally failed.

Any user of Replay Music can help me with some advice ?

If you record overlapping songs, you won't be able to split them with Replay Music (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-audio-stream/Replay-Music-record-any-web-radio-station-or-streaming-music-service.htm).
